Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector, HLD
LIQUID COOLING
Description
A Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector (HMSLD) is a high-sensitivity testing instrument used to detect extremely small leaks in vacuum systems, sealed components, and hermetic packages.
It uses helium (He) as a tracer gas and applies a mass spectrometer to analyze whether helium atoms enter the test system. By measuring the helium signal, the instrument can determine the presence of leakage and accurately quantify the leak rate.
